Would highly recommend Michael and Nicholas. I bought in a new PC build that needed some 'big brain' diagnostics. They were able to identify and remediate the issues, and it didn't break the bank.

The previous owner Glenn was awesome. He had- Great knowledge and super helpful with advice. As a small business they are sometimes booked out with big jobs, but will always give you a good estimation of when they can fit you in if they are busy. Good prices as well, I have had 2 computers custom built here and my dad has had 2 as well. Highly recommend. New owners are not overly helpful and not so good at fixing things. Glenn where are you???

They were recommended by a techie friend. Took my specs to them for a new computer, they told me they had just taken over the business from previous owners. Seemed friendly and keen so I thought I'd give them a go. They told me they would email me the quote. A week later nothing so I emailed them, NOTHING! They never got back to me, not even to tell me they weren't interested! Great way to start a new business!!!!

I am not sure why this shop has such good reviews either - they must write their own reviews. I purchased a computer from this shop and it has had nothing but problems since I've gotten it. I asked for a replacement or refund and they downright refused. The staff are either incompetent or rude, they said they tested a component to make sure it worked properly - when I brought it back home the whole computer didn't work. Avoid this place - they don't give customer support at all. Edit: Contrary to what the owner has written, this is not a review from a competitor. In fact, they reported this review and I was required to provide my receipt to Google in order to validate this review. Nice try.

When I first went here I was seriously suspicious of all the glowing reviews on Google. However, my laptop died after I was dumb enough to open it up to clean. Four days later and $150 and it works again. Otherwise I would have needed a brand new laptop $1000+. I'm happy. Would use DCA again.
